Happy Jacks runs its own fleet of cabs with experienced local drivers, from a Swift Dzire sedan for small groups to a Force Traveller tempo for larger families. Every booking is a private cab, not a shared ride, so your driver waits for you at every stop and adjusts the plan on the go.
Typical per day rates start at Rs 2,500 for a sedan and go up to Rs 9,000 for a Toyota Fortuner, and this covers the vehicle, fuel within the plan, and a driver who knows the Kashmir roads well. Airport pickup and drop is included with every tour package.
No. In Pahalgam the valleys are visited by the local union taxi, and in Sonmarg the ride towards Zero Point is by local taxi or pony. Your cab takes you to the town, and we arrange the local leg.
Yes. Happy Jacks per day rates include the vehicle, a local driver and fuel for the planned route; anything extra is listed in your quote.
An SUV such as the Hyundai Creta, Innova Crysta or Toyota Fortuner, for ground clearance and comfort on long mountain roads.
A private sedan like a Swift Dzire starts from Rs 2,500 per day, a 7 seater Innova Crysta from Rs 4,500 per day, and a 12 seater Force Traveller tempo from Rs 5,000 per day, all with an experienced local driver. The final rate depends on the route, number of days and season.
Yes, Srinagar airport pickup and drop is included in every Happy Jacks tour package, and can also be booked on its own if you only need a transfer.
Yes, most travellers book a private cab for the full length of their trip so the same driver and vehicle stay with them from Srinagar through Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg.
For 4 to 5 people a Swift Dzire or Hyundai Creta works well, for 6 to 7 people we recommend the Innova Crysta, and for larger groups of 10 to 12 the Force Traveller tempo is the most comfortable choice.
