Cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date are eligible for a refund of the advance minus any non-refundable booking charges already paid to hotels or partners. Cancellations within 7 to 14 days may be charged up to 50 percent of the package cost. Cancellations within 7 days of travel are non-refundable.
